Dog Licensing

If you are the owner of a dog five months of age or older, every year you must purchase a dog license from the Village Treasurer. All dogs over four months of age are required to be vaccinated for rabies by a veterinarian and re-vaccinated one year later, and every three years thereafter. This is a STATE IMPOSED LAW. No dog license will be issued without RABIES VACCINATION CERTIFICATE being presented to the treasurer. If paying by mail, please enclose rabies vaccination certificate(s) and they will be returned to you with your license.

Please print and complete one dog licensing form for each dog you own and include with your payment to the treasurer.

Dog license fees:
$9.75 – Male or Female
$4.75 Neutered Male or Spayed Female
$35.00 Multiple License for a kennel of 12 or fewer dogs, plus $4.75 for each dog in excess of 12
